5 Must Learn Football Passing Drills To Get To Pro Level





Passing and receiving are two of the fundamental skills in football. They are two areas that can always use more work! So in this circuit, we are focusing heavily on them!

Although these drills are simple, they are also very effective. Work on doing them better, crisper and faster each time!

These soccer passing drills can be done as a warm up and should take you no longer than 20-30 minutes! The idea isn't to kill yourself here, so take a break if you need to, but the idea is to move from one drill to the next without much of a break if you can!

Here are the recommended sets and reps:

2 Touch Inside of the Foot: 3-5 minutes
1 Touch Passing: 3-5 minutes
2 Touch Across Body Passing: 3-5 minutes
2 Touch Outside of the Foot: 3-5 minutes
10 Good Reps Right and Left Lofted Passes
10 Good Reps Right and Left Driven Passes

Total Workout Time: 20-30 minutes!
